The hotel is located at the end of a rather dark and eerie street, which can feel unsettling at night. The rooms are reasonably priced and generally comfortable for the family, but the service could definitely use some improvement as there were moments of rudeness from the staff. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, which was disappointing. Despite these challenges, the proximity to the BTS gave us convenient access to travel around the city, which was a plus.
